Embroidery
| Hardanger | ||

Learn this traditional Norwegian embroidery which uses blocks of satin stitch, cutwork and needle weaving. Suitable for beginners or those with some experience. A course of three lessons which will take you from beginnings to starting work on a hardanger sampler.

Using beads and buttons, make a beaded sampler. Please note these are 3 hour workshops. If you bring your own beads, buttons and fabric, there will be a reduction in the course fee. A requirements list is available. Frame not included. |

Courses
Courses consist of a series of workshops during which you will practice the basics for the technique used, and then move on to creating a sampler or piece of work using your new skills. Most are suitable for beginners.

Workshops for children are held from 11am to 12pm (additional times may be available). Fees are £10 per child and include materials. Parents/Guardians must stay with their child. Booking essential.
